Only 1 Other Review?! GTFO

I'm not even a Bears fan. Hell, I hate the Bears, but the '85 Bears were so freaking incredible, so unbelievably dominant that you have to love and respect them and put them up on a pedestal above every other team in NFL history.I just thank God it wasn't the '85 Packers, or any other year of the Packers, because the Packers are the grime under my fingernails, the feces on the bottom of my shoe, and I will never salute them under any circumstances, even if Lombardi comes back from the grave and leads them to a Super Bowl. They are trash. But back to the movie. I had to give it a 10 because that team deserves it and nobody has reviewed this movie. What is up with that? In reality the movie probably deserves a 7 or 8. We needed more Ming The Merciless and Richard Dent and Dan Hampton. I can't even remember the names of the people on my hometown team as well as the names of the '85 Bears. Mike Singletary... on TV it was always "Look at his eyes, the way he stares at the opposition, that is SCARY!" Walter.. what a kind and gentle guy he was.And the SNL memories are hilarious. Now I gotta go to the Tube and find those ones where Ditka is going to whip the Giants all by himself with one hand tied behind his back.P.s. Go Vikes!

ESPN's 30 for 30: '85 Bears was better

This film was okay. It reminded me of when someone would copy your homework in school and change it slightly so the teacher wouldn't suspect anything-- except ESPN's version was better.

I'm guessing ESPN had a larger budget maybe? It was edited better and Vince Vaughn's narration put it over the top. This film has high profile interviewees such as President Barack Obama and Bill Murray... but that's about all it has better.

If you are looking for the best documentary about the '85 Bears.. watch the 30 for 30.
