So I found this movie while trying to find another movie, and as a hell enjoyer (helluvaboss, hazbin hotel), I thought this would be interesting. Erm, yea, it was definitely interesting, a little terrifying, and a little confusing. I could tell that there was some cohesion between each circle/story, but they weren't as intertwined as I would have hoped. Like, the first woman is facing psychological Terror because... She didn't live up to her childhood dreams? No one can do that. And don't even get me started on the snake ladies. The rings that had morals were pretty cool, but some others made no sense and it seemed like the victims were getting punished. For example, the child who murdered her family because she was possessed. Another example, the child who was manipulated by the priest into killing people and then punished. It's pretty messed up, which I guess contributes to the horror.

This anthology of horror shorts has a little bit for everyone but it is all very nicely tied together because it is based on the 7 deadly sins. Some sections are bound to hit more than others depending on the audience. I'm a bit of a sick puppy so obviously my favorite one was 'Second Circle: Lust'. It was hilariously funny - very well acted, very well written, very sexy, and in a lot of ways it reminded me of Kevin Smith's 'Dogma'. But, the tone is different for all of them. There was another section called 'Fifth Circle: Wrath' that was quite controversial, and I also liked it a lot. All in all, if you like horror anthologies like ABCs of Death you'll most definitely like this.

This is a low-budget indie film, but I feel like everyone did the best they could with the money they had.

It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I feel like everyone in this project deserves credit for putting together a fun and unified piece of art.

It may take a while and more funding for the participants in this production to be able to really shine, but I suspect that, given time and budget, they can produce some really first-rate work.

This movie is good for a pizza night with friends or your significant other.

Sometimes it pays off to give the lesser-known studios a chance, folks!
