Plot summary

When a surrogate grows too fond of the baby she carried for a young couple, they try to disengage from her. But the surrogate starts poisoning the mother (with no danger to the child) in a scam that will keep the surrogate around, and then, when mom is gone, the surrogate will get the child, the husband and the suburban life she so earnestly covets.

Can't get past the sister's "acting"

The sister (mother of ruby) acting/overacting is so horrible. It's hard to get past it, she overacted every scene. It was unhinged and not in a good way.....Otherwise the move was your typical lifetime movie with craziness and stalker...could have been much better with better acting.Double posting because they want you too write extra long reviews...The sister (mother of ruby) acting/overacting is so horrible. Good TV movie

A young women named Lilly is a surrogate for a couple and they hire the her as the nanny for the baby too. The sister of the couple is jealous that they chose Lilly rather than her. It's a good TV movie.Sarah Fisher is great at playing the villain. I watch just because Sarah Fisher is so wonderful as the villain.
