Inspired, By true events. Always scary at the beginning of a movie. So this one is about a home invasion, apparently.
I guess they flashback to events before the home invasion. Cop harasses 'hoodlums' and takes their guns away and tells them to get lost. Man and woman have fancy dance and goopy gushing session. Woman is obviously not very excited about the relationship.
Woman covers herself with sheet even tho she's alone. -1 Star.
Oh so wait a minute. The woman is in on it with the home invaders? I'm confused. But I do notice the bra is the new naked in another 'sex' scene. PG13? -1 Star.
There she is under that sheet again! She gives a big long speech about herself saying she's a coyote and not a rabbit, and earns herself a smack. +1 Star.
She tries to lure her dumb husband into a trap, again. Haha, and hubbie shoots stupid intruder and finds pictures of wife with stupid intruder. Oh it's on now B! She hits him with a chair and he has to wash his face? What? -1 Star
Then he lets himself get hit by a truck? He lets her shoot at him? And of course she falls in the well by her own choice. And that's the end. Hmm... Pointless. 3/10.

I Want More... Than... You!!!
Horribly underrated!
This indy gem is tight, has a good story, dialog, and memorable characters. Seems like the bad reviews (just read them) are made by inarticulate dummies. There is suspense, danger, and a pair of excellent, memorable villains. You won't see what's coming, either. There is not a wasted scene. Jon Hudson Odom is a standout--his villain bristles with malignant energy, and his partner in crime, played by Joseph Carlson, is a grounded, hicksville dropout, but also unafraid and dangerous. The two are up to no good, and how the events play out is highly entertaining. The young couple, played by Johanna Wicker and Steve Polites, have a strained relationship, but why? Everything is perfectly explained, and I was just being drawn into this movie. This movie is not slow, boring, or "arty"--it is a hidden gem in a forest of bad, indulgent indies. Director/writer Paul Awad has come up with a most solid entry into the home-invasion genre. See it!
On one dies from a missing ear
The film claims to be based on a true story of a home invasion from 8/21/2007 and only one person lives. It then gives us a teaser.
Pete (Steve Polites) and Beth (Joanna Whicker) are having marriage issues. Pete is a local police officer and a vet who didn't return the same. There is a home invasion and one with a twist that has been done before in similar films. The plot and acting were on par. The film just didn't grab me.
