Interesting but 2 serious faults

This is very interesting especially as important as radar was in World War II. Unfortunately, there are two problems with this documentary.First, is they skip an important part. They go from explaining during a failed demonstration of the radar system, they audibly heard the planes before it appeared on the radar screen. Then they skip ahead to building multiple radar towers and the radar gives them a 20 plus minute warning of planes. Huh??? How did they go from failure to a successful system? This documentary won't answer that.Second is a complaint. I won't spoil it but they explain an important incident early on, then halfway. But at the end they explain the same incident is not as previously presented. So in other words they lied to us earlier. For dramatic purposes, that didn't belong in a historical documentary. This was interesting but I would call it as a failure as a true documentary.

You can't see me! - Yes, I can.

We all know the story of how the Royal Air Force (RAF) with the assistance of Radio Detection and Ranging (RADAR) foiled the Luftwaffe, (German: "air weapon.")But it is the details that are fascinating. Who would have guessed that using old or existing technology would out smart people that were looking for new high-tech detectors and found none? The story also includes a German spy dirigible that concluded that there were no radar stations because all they could detect was the national power grid. The documentary goes on to tell all the mistakes and mistaken attitudes on both sides of the war. However, the bottom line is that Germans suspected but never proved that the Britons had working radar as they wore working on it themselves and getting no ware. This is worth purchasing for watching again for the various details.
