This is Duniya Vijay's second directorial venture, and once again, he proves his mettle following the success of *Salaga*. The first half of the movie is among the best I've seen in a long time. If you're a fan of raw, intense cinema, this film is a treat. However, the second half felt a bit rushed and could have been better paced.
Charan Raj's music is a major highlight, adding great depth to the film. Despite the presence of relatively new faces in the cast, they all deliver performances on par with seasoned actors. A special mention goes to Priya, who portrays a lady police officer with stellar conviction-she's likely to have a bright future in the Kannada film industry. Dragon also gives a commendable performance, and the heroine of the film is decent, doing justice to her role.
Lastly, Duniya Vijay pours his heart into this project, successfully delivering a powerful message. Overall, it's a great movie, albeit with some minor flaws.

A Good movie with great performances and message(please read my vishesha suchane in the end)
An above average outing for sandalwood...
No matter what the Pan India rush is, some films often prove that there is still life for pure local content. Bangalore's deep rooted street, Underworld, Rowdism & Longu continues to be a commodity for Kannada films... After N Satya, Suri & Prem came to say it in another way. Now Vijay has continued the legacy...
Today's underworld, the drug trade, is the victim of the youth. The story of 'Bheema' movie goes with the hope of putting an end to all that...
Duniya Vijay, who had previously won the movie 'Salaga', has ventured to tell more local stories this time. Both have won in this attempt. But it can be said that this is not a movie that can be seen by all the audience...
This is a local movie. Most of the story of the movie revolves around JC Road and Kalasipalya. All the chilwaris there are floating under the influence of ganja, mom and sister keep saying bad words. It turns out that not only the violence is the reason why the film is necessarily for adults only, but this is also one of the reasons. Compared to 'Salaga', VG's story and direction seem bland. In the film, police officer Girija will support Bhima's fight for a drug-free society...
When it comes to acting, VG always attracts attention with his mass stage presence. It is known that there is a little bit of lag in handling both direction and acting also strong body display of Vijay seems to be commercial addition...Theater genius Ashwini had to adapt to the camera as the heroine. Priya Shathmarshana is very much hyped for the role of rugged police officer Girija...
Achyutkumar and Kalyani in the roles of the father and mother who brought up Bhima, Gopaldeshpande as the brother have done justice to their roles. As the main, Manju attracts more attention with his body language. But maturity was needed in his acting and dialogue delivery. For the same reason, the characters next to that character talk more. Rangayana Raghu played a serious role as the head of the drug addiction free center...
Photographer Shivsena of Kalasipalya, J. C. has captured the streets of the city very well. The dangerous bike wheeling scenario has been handled well. Charan Raj is the lifeblood of the entire film. Not only the songs but also the many scenes of the film have been lifted by their background music. Fantabulous dialogue is good. The one liners needed for a mass story feel lacking. No longer are his weighty lines remembered among unspoken words...
It is true that 'Bhima' has come with a message. But those who like pure local mass may like the long battle of 'Bheema'. But it is better to think once to watch a family audience movie...
Not worth spending 2+ hours
The film's exploration of how new drugs enter the market and how medical stores facilitate access is the only commendable aspect. However, apart from that, there is little to appreciate. The screenplay is disjointed, lacking coherence and direction, making it difficult to watch. The direction fails to provide any meaningful engagement or depth, and the music is forgettable and poorly integrated into the narrative.
Overall, the film's presentation is amateurish, and it pales in comparison to several short films by novice creators that are far superior in quality. Many scenes feel irrelevant and contribute nothing to the story, leaving a sense of disarray and confusion. The lack of a cohesive structure or purpose makes it challenging to remain invested throughout the movie.
