If you want to see a sci/horror movie about a box, go watch 1997 Cube.
Warning, the below paragraph spoils the ENTIRE movie ?
This movie has a woman imprisoned in a box. The box has a hatch that is sometimes opened. Via this hatch, she interacts with some good/neutral/bad people, as her box is moved from one place to another by a drone. She has several unpleasant experiences (physical pain, hallucinations, starvation, insomnia, rape, child birth, ...). Due to some ex machina drone malfunction she's released. The end.
Did I mention the box is a metaphor for {insert any pseudo-intellectual topic you prefer}, amazing!

Plot summary
A woman in a futuristic society is convicted of a crime and sentenced to be imprisoned in a large metal box for the duration of her sentence. This is, apparently, a metaphor.

Pseudo-intellectual movie where nothing happens
Truly a hopeless movie
They might as well just outright kill you then to put you in a metal box near the ocean and make survive by the "mercies" of the so called citizens of this dystopian nightmare. I found this to be just as the globalists these days are attempting to do by giving everyone a forced digital ID ( put you in a box) then force you to follow their rules to be fed or not fed or travel and not travel (A prisoner ) Same idea here, quite terrifying to say the least. One thing they totally missed is where do these prisoners go to the bathroom? I mean like where? There is no indication of any way they can go and the cube is solid, and all the prisoners never have a poopy floor? Kind of odd. Won't see this one again it was totally hopeless and just a trip into a hell hole and a nightmare. I sure hope our world doesn't end up like this.
stuck in a box
In a dystopian future, crime has skyrocketed. Criminals are sentenced to die or imprisoned in a metal box. A woman has been sentenced to 7 years although she claims to be innocent. Each box is given supplies through the mercy of citizens although mostly, it shows the cruelty of humanity.
This is an Australian indie. Initially, it reminds me of Cube although we are not moving outside of this box. We're kind of stuck here. That's the main drawback. There are other movies like this. I don't mind an out-of-the-box concept, but they need to get out of this box. My suggestion is a flashback to show how she was convicted. This is an undercooked idea movie. It just needs more time in the oven.
