This movie lost a whole star because of the ending

Better than expected

Very interesting storyline, but unfortunately events in the movie are not resolved at the end. Several loose ends and a cliffhanger. Apparently, there are additional installments to be filmed. I suspect COVID probably slowed production down, as this seems to have been filmed during the early part of the epidemic.As others have pointed out, it's not really filmed in Barstow, CA. However, it was filmed at a real restaurant, and it really is called Bridges BBQ. It's in Shelby, North Carolina. If you are ever in that area, it's well worth a visit! I have family in the area and we've eaten there since 1968. Good western NC barbecue.
