Plot summary

Dissapointment

Unfortunately, this movie, which I loved the book of, was a huge disappointment. If they were going to throw away everything Huseyin Rahmi was trying to say and create something new, it should have at least been on the same level with equally meaningful lessons. The newly created story is quite shallow, leagues away from the feminism that a man living in the late 1800s possessed and wrote about.If a historical atmosphere was created, I would expect the scientific facts to be consistent with the time period. I doubt that it would have been possible to reveal multiple personality disorder through hypnosis in 1912. There was absolutely no need for a Turkish-style Split.While the costume design was successful, the lighting was disturbing, and the acting wasn't very pleasing.

In the end, it's a movie that could have been promising but turns out to be nothing more than a waste of time.
