I would have expected more of a British Christnas film... first if all... the birth of the kids was a joke... so badly made!!! The characters are impossible and not even a little bit believable. The bossnis detestable from.the get go. The mate is an idiot and the townsfolk are too fairy-tailish. The only characters I enjoyed were the children and the animals, they were a cuteness overload, although the children were overly childishly scripted. Then the ridiculousness of it, all exaggeratted to the point of not being able to stop watching it but shaking my head in disbelief during the whole thing!!!

I dont understand why people are hating on this. I came for a cheesy Christmas movie and it delivered on every front. It is camp. This is camp. I was never bored. I watched it with my best friend and we were losing our minds. The girls who get it get it! The girls who don't, don't!

The costume design? Incredible. How do all these kids have better drip than me? The acting? Terrible in exactly the way I want it to be. The writing? Predictable while being utterly chaotic. I was truly on the edge of my seat the final act even though I knew exactly how it was going to play out. All of the animals are so cute too. After seeing this my new years resolution is to hold a piglet. I need it.

I love this movie. Like, it's going to be a yearly staple. If you want to turn of your brain and have a nice time, this movie delivers. I cannot stress how good this is if you are a fellow terrible Christmas movie lover. I would make an hour long youtube video essay on this movie if I didn't have a crippling fear of being judged by strangers.
