Absolute rubbish...

Stumbling upon the 2024 movie "Curtains for Christmas" and finding out that it was a horror movie, of course I had to check it out, given my love of all things horror. Sure, I had never even heard about this movie, from director Steve Rudzinski, but it hardly mattered, as it was a horror movie that I hadn't already seen.Writers Aleen Isley and Steve Rudzinski put together a rather dull and pointless script and storyline. I ended up giving up on the movie after a mere 33 minutes of absolute boredom. Now, I figured that "Curtains for Christmas" was most likely going to be a dubious affair, but this movie was a complete and utter waste of time and effort.I was not familiar with a single actor or actress on the cast list. The acting performances in the movie were fair. Just keep in mind, you're not in for award-winning performances here.Make no mistake, "Curtains for Christmas" is a low budget movie, and it looks, feels and sounds like it. So if low budget movies is your thing, then you're in for a treat here.There is no way of me returning to attempt finish watching this dumpster fire of a movie. And if you enjoy horror movies, do yourself a massive favor and don't waste 68 minutes on this movie.My rating of director Steve Rudzinski's 2024 movie "Curtains for Christmas" lands on a one out of ten stars.

A fun not so typical Christmas movie

I went into this film not thinking much at first but interested in how it would be executed after watching the trailer. After the first ten minutes i knew i was in for the hook. I personally enjoyed the second act when the drama really crashes down on some really fun and engaging performances. It is not a terribly long movie that's drawn out it's perfectly timed and keeps your attention the whole way through. Packed with all kinds of fun one liners and references that will make you laugh as well as all practical effects. I will for sure be adding this to my have to watch list every Christmas for sure. I'm sure after watching it you'll add it to yours as well.

A really good holiday horror/comedy

This is the latest movie from director Steve Rudzinski who also co stars in it. I have seen everything he has put out and I enjoy his work a lot. His movies don't have a big budget but he makes up for it with really great writing. This latest one is no exception. It follows Holly, who is a huge fan of Christmas....but is also psychotic. She is determined to find the perfect man, just like the lead actor from her favorite holiday movie "A Cheesy Christmas". I don't wanna give away the story because you just need to see it. Anything I say further will spoil the story for you. Trust me though this one is a fun one. Just when you think the movie can't possibly go somewhere, it does. I would highly suggest this one to people looking for a good holiday horror/comedy. Also check out Steve's other movies. Really good. Low budget done right.
