Now most of the people consider this the best conan film till film till this film and I understand how much they love kid but this wasn't the best for me. Maybe because I am not a big detective genre fan and this has so much thinking and deducting scenes. And yes, I am not a detective genre fan but I still watch case closed because even if I'm not a detective genre fan- it entertains me and I love it despite of not being a detective fan. I do enjoy the deduction scenes but sometimes they don't entertain. Another reason I didn't found this as interesting as the previous two was because the audience is able to figure out who kid is disguised as and the reveal of who kid was actually disguised as wasn't so shocking. Sure the conan and the culprit face to face showdown at the end was great! The sudden kid's disguise as shinichi was also good and the last conersation between conan and kid was interesting but it was the end whichwas interesting as hell! We can't say that for the whole movie.

The og characters and plots were so well written and intriguing and interesting I miss this peak era of Gosho Aoyama. My only hope now is to see them go back to focus more on DCMK instead of trying to shove their new useless characters down everyone's throats by force.
