This documentary did a great job of looking behind the false evidences that have been touted by the evolutionists for years. I also loved the organization of the film, how it was logically presented. Then, to top things off, they ended with the latest DNA findings that are very similar to what the Bible actually claims. This was a great documentary!

As stated in the titel I do not agree with the conclusions made in this documentary. However - it shows that there are still many open questions to our origins and how mankind evolved.

It also gives interesting insights into another view of the world and interpretation of observation. Considering all the wonders and unknowns - the vastness of the universe, the things discovered in the last 100 years I agree that science does not have the answer (yet). But it is progressing. On the other hand - religion is knowledge passed over time in a form that was understandable. To take it word by word - or to conclude that there must be a god or creationist is not my interpretation. But considering the impact religion(s) had and have on human behavior and conflicts I appreciate this view into "the other world" - and maybe someday we can agree that neither of us really know, or are even capable to understand what reality really is.

So - I do not rate it a 7 out of 10 because I think it is accurate (I can not judge this without reading and understanding the cited papers) - but for the presentation and quality of the production. And because it gave me a window into another view of the world.

There is so much incorrect claims with this so called "documentary", yet might seem plausible to people who are not well versed in genetic and paleontology.

For example, the so called 85% similarity in DNA between Human and chimps is only counting protein coding DNA, which is like 5% of the total DNA count, if we compare the non coding DNA, the similarity drop way down. In short Human DNA is not very similar to chimps, there are enough difference within the DNA to account for all our physical differences.

Homo sapien is not the only hominin species to have existed, there are at least 14 other types of hominin in the past, many of which co-existed with homo sapiens around the same period, including neanderthals and denisovans. The population bottleneck is not an issue at all once you take into consideration how homo sapiens mixed with other hominin species which we can still find evidence in our dna today. Furthermore there are so many fossils that are still yet uncovered, to think we know the exact population of homo sapien 60000 years ago is unscientific, and goes to show the low quality of this so called "documentary".

Do not waste your time watching this if you interested in the truth, you better off reading proper research papers, if that is too boring, then try PBS Eon on Youtube.
