City of Quiet Desperation

Too real for comfort - a darkly sarcastic portrait of a middle-aged man suffocating in the big city grind. He chases success, pays obscene tuition for his kid's international school, and smiles through the slow collapse of his own sanity. The film peels back the glossy surface of urban ambition to reveal the quiet despair underneath - the debt, the pressure, the moral erosion.It's sharp, stylish, and disturbingly relatable. You laugh at first, then realize you're laughing at yourself. A modern tragedy disguised as satire - haunting, brilliant, and uncomfortably close to the truth.

A movie I hated to watch but could not look away.

What an awful story! Miserable people, all of them! When I finished watching I scolded myself for watching it. Yet, once I started watching...I could not stop.It is like an accident that you cannot help but look and then you wish you didn't. That is a sign of a good movie.Warning: Do not watch this before bedtime.

Surprisingly nice

Good movie to watch. I had no expectations for the movie since no one has reviewed it yet. Good thing I watched it. It has action, drama, thriller, suspense, and even comedy. Worth the 2 hour length of the movie. First scene got me engaged already. Thought it would be too long for a movie. But all in all, the movie is enjoyable.
