Plot summary

Foreign Puzzle is an intimate documentary that captures the journey of an inspiring Mexican American dancer as she communicates the impermanence of life through dance while juggling the roles of a recently divorced parent of a 6-year-old, a choreographer and a primary school teacher amidst intensive treatments for breast cancer.

A great film about living through the hard times...

Saw this film about 4 years and was meaning to write a review, then COVID hit. But coming back now to write some reviews on IMDB to saw this is one of the most inspiring films I've seen about living with mortality because it doesn't why away from the hard stuff or gloss it over. But, through art and artistry, we can all find a way to channel what life gives up into something that is healing for others, even when our own future might be in doubt.
