Pure shonen coolness

This movie made me grin, gave me goosebumps and had me leaning forward in anticipation with certain scenes. I've never seen the original anime/manga but the characters were still sold pretty uniquely and interestingly, with just enough screentime to develop all the major ones.Going in at the start, I thought it would be just some Jojo Bizarre's Adventure-esque comedy only, but Kyo kara ore wa! Proved distinct - which has me wondering if this IP was a trailblazer to what Jojo is to today's Gen Z/Millennial crowd. Favourite character is definitely Kyoko Hayakawa, with how she'd alternate her persona between cute and thug.
