Now, I am not familiar with Hellvira, so I figured that I was in for a movie here, but it was essentially just some low budget home-made goth clown sitting on a couch with lousy props, doing nothing aside from presenting the feature of the evening, which was the 1968 George A. Romero's classic "Night of the Living Dead". Talk about misleading the unaware audience.The effects in the Hellvira segment were pretty terrible. And I am amazed that CGI so poor actually got greenlit in 2024.It is pretty low to wrap George A. Romero's classic movie in the package that is "Hellvira's Haunted Asylum of Horror".My rating of "Hellvira's Haunted Asylum of Horror" lands on a one out of ten stars. Mind you, this is for "Hellvira's Haunted Asylum of Horror" only, and not George A. Romero's classic zombie movie, which deserves much better than this treatment.
