The movie is cool but a bit overdramatic and unrealistic. They tried in portraying angst but stretched it a bit too far and some scenes have quite good comedic relief.

This is a great watch, great acting from all cast and characters. I watched this movie because I am a fan of Yeo Jin goo, and indeed he was also cool here. The plot is great and it is easy to tell it's based on whatever attempt happened in 1971. I find the Immelmann turn scene towards the ending of the movie really great, it does expresses the upside down reality of the passagers and the sudden shift in power of the hijacker. Well, this is a nice movie to watch, not bad.

Korean movie which is about a true story happened back in 1971. The main character, a pilot in the South Korean army, disobeied the order and let a plan fly to North Korea at that time but not shooting it down. He was thus dismissed from the army and he changed his career to fly civil airplanes. During one journey, a young man (his brother has flew to North Korea so he was always discriminated) hijacked the plane and called the pilot to fly north! The whole plot is quite exciting as there were fight scenes and bomb scenes as well. After fighting and fighting, he even covered a bomb and lost his arm! The plane finally turned back and the man was shot to death by passenger. Near the end of the movie the true video represented what a great thing the pilot has done. It is really good to film it to let people know this event.
