Plot summary

Detective Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson join forces to investigate a mysterious murder at Buckingham Palace. It seems like an open-and-shut case as all signs point to Professor James Moriarty, the criminal mastermind and longtime nemesis of the crime-solving duo. Not the greatest, not the worst!

It was ok, I watched it in one session and it even made me laugh a couple of times. Chewing gum for the eyes, not death by a thousand cuts like some people make it oit to be. It was moderately entertaining. So what if the acting was not all that great and the editing was a bit off, who really cares? It is about entertainment and this entertained me for an afternoon. Fun to see some well known actors pop up now and then, like Steve Coogan, he always makes me laugh. At the end of the day it isn't something I would watch again and I will forget all about it soon enough but it wasn't the big pile of poo some people were going on about it. Bunch of whingers, go and watch something else. Just because you don't like it you don't have to score it '1' for goodness sake. Idiots.

Light-hearted nonsense

The low reviews on here say more about the IMDB crowd than the movie itself. Anyone reviewing this with one star is inaccurate and motivated by other influences.It's a silly movie. If you enjoy watching Will Ferrell, you will probably enjoy this.
