Interesting to Look At but the Same Old Same Old

Once again, governments have turned their surveillance technology over to artificial intelligence. Here, the master program, I.R.I.S. malfunctions (maybe) and the results become overwhelming. This has some high tech computer graphics working and it is well done. But nothing ground breaking.
