Heart Attack For Sure! (Slight Spoiler)

Well, having retired myself from the medical field and having done plenty of LSD when I was a teenager into my early twenties, and being 60-years-old now, I don't care how fit you think you are or how healthy you appear to be, a 60-year-old heart will NOT, I repeat, will NOT be able to handle acid. A heart that old will shut down ... guaranteed! Acid speeds up the heart rate considerably for a long period of time ... up to 8 hours, depending on the dosage! It is also a vasoconstrictor for a long time, as well! Old people cannot take drugs that affect the vasculature and the heart in that manner and expect to live through it. Nope. Sorry. That part of this story is an outright lie!

The movie is preachy, far-reaching, and an impossibility! You cannot make it in the music industry unless you have serious Illuminati connections, you sell your soul to Satan, or both, and that goes for "Christian" musicians, as well. I am a professional musician and have been for 45 years. I have albums right here on Amazon and all over every streaming outlet, but I am not very popular, because I have not sold my soul to any record labels. I have my own record label, and that's how it will always remain. I used to play professionally in the California circuit in the 80s with some very popular "hair bands." It's all run by the labels. Talent has nothing to do with it, nor do dreams, drive, striving for goals or anything else this movie tries to get you to believe. There is no truth in this movie; it is all a big facade!

Mom says I can do anything!

Disclaimer- I watched this while playing a casual video game because on it's own I wouldn't have been able to sit through it.

If your here then you've read the synopsis and it is a good basic description of the story. To expand i'll break down the format a little. A wealthy retired white guy says you can achieve you goals so he pays to make a video clip. Then he goes and hangs out with some actor/musicians drag queens at an arts school in the Philippines.

The middle of the movie is him on an acid trip with some pretty cool visualizations, but I started wondering when he was ever going to come down or whether the whole movie was just a trip.

Lastly he decides he wants to do a concert I am not sure if this was always the plan because I don't remember it being stated earlier in the show. So there's a fake concert with a fake audience and a set of three terrible songs.

He monologues a moral or at the end stating that your never to old to achieve your dreams which I shut off the movie thinking yeah that's a pretty good message. Cue to me waking up today and realizing that as a wealthy, white retired guy I could achieve a lot of things other than watch bad movies and play video games, I just couldn't be bothered. But to all those out there struggling in life it's pretty damn preachy.

The three star rating is for the acid trip as it was kind of cool in places but overall don't bother watching it unless you're already doing something entertaining to complement it.
