Is the USA running out of acting talent?

The whole premise of the film is tenuous but it might have worked with decent actors and better sound. A lot of contemporary actors mumble rather than enunciate but some of the cast take mumbling to new levels. It is not helped by almost the whole film having a bass line beat that makes hearing what is being said all the more difficult. I understand music for mood or dramatic effect, but this is more like lift music in that it is annoying and completely unnecessary.This is just another piece of rubbish from the film industry that no longer seems to care about quality.

A watchable action film

While this movie starts out as a sort of low budget hood movie, it quickly escalates into a legitimate action film and palpable drama. The second scene sets the stage for a vigilante agency set on doing right by society.The characters develop slowly, but we get the sense there is an honest purpose for everyone involved We know immediately who the bad guys are and why they are being targeted by the JIA team. The team is refreshingly comprised mostly of well trained and intelligent women. Each scene is like a mini story which is stitched together to reveal the overall plot. I found the mechanics of this film deliberate and well planned.I will critique the background music which often overwhelms the dialogue. The writing was overall fairly good and the acting while a little shaky at the start, shaped up to produce a very watchable action film.
