Plot summary
Hot. Young. Cool. Fresh. Ripped. Hilarious. Groundbreaking. Avant-garde. These are just some of the words that comedian and writer Leo Reich uses to describe himself. In his first HBO comedy special, this self-diagnosed important young mind faces the swirling uncertainty of our collective future, asking the big questions, such as: “Is this helping?", “Am I hot?”, and "No offense guys but literally what is going on?"

Funny, But Inaccurate Terminology
not funny
He tries to tell hisbstory in a funny way but somehow i can't connect with his jokes. It's boring it's flat. No spice just plain tan water. Eye make up and hot pants are not enough honey.
The laughs of the audience erupt like he did the joke of the century, so i wondered if i missed something or not. But i have doubts. Are the laughs real or fake like those from american sitcom laughs!?
Or did he just filled the rooms with his friends who give a supportive laugh? I am not sure.
So all i can say is that he/him or they/them acts fake, his jokes are not funny and there are better comedians out there who deserved an hbo special.
So i really tried hart to watch it but after a couple of minutes i had to turn it off and watch katja and trixie to recover from this special.
Sorry hun. Try again and try harder. And hbo: find real talents!
Clearly thinks himself funny
Not funny.gave it a good 20 minutes to see whether warming up to the observational humour would improve the performance, but unfortunately fell flat and unforgivably boring. Needs to get over himself and his narrow point of view to be relatable. Making mild shock statements does not make for funny. Using the offensive Q word it was a word of hurt and pain and should not be reclaimed as it never was a word of inclusion but of singling out people as not normal. I get it he never had had to fight for acceptance and his basic human rights, but he belittles all those who have gone before with his spouting garbage in the effort to be humorous. I've seen drag acts in bars funnier and more entertaining and engaging. Leo has his niche but it's a miss in my opinion.
