Great Film!

A wonderful film Great romance story full of uncertainty Camera movement was a little off sometimes The music was just good, but the dancing was wonderful Overall pleased. Wish there was less emphasis on her being a good Christian, but appreciate that she does not give up on her faith. Hopefully, see this movie be entered into some film festivals and win some awards.

Very entertaining

I clicked on this movie as I was getting tired of browsing and I am glad that I did. It is a very lighthearted (as most musicals are) look at politics, the news media and the religious right. The lesbian relationship between the two main characters is a sub-plot in my opinion. Jaclene Wilk was absolutely delightful as Liberty. I hope this isn't a one-off for her. I also liked the portrayal of Kenny Weston and Dick Dinkler. I was raised a Roman Catholic and I found the church scenes comical.
