Come on, it wasn't that bad.

I was expecting a complete and total disaster of a film when I saw the trailer for "Little Man", not to mention that it's on the bottom 100 on IMDb, and those ratings are usually pretty accurate. But I liked "White Chicks", I proudly admit, and I like the Waynes brothers, wither you want to admit it or not, they give you a few good laughs in most of their films. So, I figured to just try to give Little Man a chance, what harm could it do? Honestly, it wasn't that bad, I actually had a decent time watching this.

Calvin is a two foot criminal on the run with a hundred thousand dollar diamond and while running from the cops, puts it in a lady's purse. Cal and his partner follow the couple and since Calvin is so little and the couple, Darryl and Venessa, wants a baby, Cal dresses up as one and the couple takes him in. Thinking it will be for a short while, Cal does this hoping to get the diamond and run, but it won't be easy since Darryl is dedicated to being a good dad.

Like I said, I was expecting something really bad, but I had a couple laughs during the film. I honestly don't understand what people have against the Waynes brothers, while Little Man is in no way Oscar material, it was a silly comedy with a few light hearted laughs.

Big things come in small packages.

Calvin Sims is a dwarf criminal who just left the jail. Decided to steal an expensive and big diamond with Percy, his partner in crime, for their boss, things were going well in their plan, until Calvin and Percy start to be chased by cops. Calvin feels the necessity to dump the diamond in a lady's purse in order to not be arrested. When the cops arrest an aleatory guy, Calvin and Percy need a plan to take the diamond back from Vanessa, the owner of the purse. That's when Calvin has the idea of dress and act like a baby to enter the house. Vanessa and Darryl( her husband) doesn't have kids, and when they find the little Calvin at the door, they decide to keep him and raise him as their own kid. Many funny scenes and situations will happen, while Calvin tries to take the diamond back.

''Little Man'' is far from being an excellent comedy or movie. To be honest I cannot even call it a ''good movie'', but saying that are no funny parts at all, is just too much. It is not the worst movie I already watched as well, so I think giving only 2 or 3 stars would be too cruel.

Silly fun

This film is not to be taken too seriously. Its lighthearted fun. Surprised by the low rating on here. Its definitely not an Oscar contender but definitely not as bad as many other films that are rated higher. Some moments are quite funny.
