Plot summary

An aspiring writer is sent to Scotland to collect a prestigious literary award for her famous boss and is quickly mistaken for someone else by a dashing Scottish poet. Now, caught in the beauty of the Highlands, she’ll need to decide if telling the truth is worth possibly losing the man of her dreams.

So bad

The first 10 minutes showed promise....until the scene where she spills tomato soup on her top at home, receives a call from her co-worker friend that she she has to be at the airport in two hours and you see her at said airport wearing the same top, stain hidden by a short sweater. We're expected to believe she didn't have time, even just one minute to change her top for a clean one? Too ridiculous. Plus how many times can one person have stuff spilled on them in one day? First the coffee when someone slams a door on her, then the tomato soup? I found her acting okay and I liked the co-worker guy friend. But that was it. I however stopped watching after about 15 mins.

Horrible story line, some nice views of Scotland

Tough to have sympathy for a young woman who continues a lie for nearly the entire movie. She had numerous opportunities' to correct the misrepresentation, but continues with her unbelievable character. Some of the vistas of Scotland were nice to view, but otherwise the film was a total waste of time. Over and over, she continues this unbelievable charade with the inevitable outcome of discovery. From pretending to know that she could cook, to not having an idea what her latest novel is about, there were too many discrepancies to make this movie believable. I found it to be immensely uncomfortable to sit through.
