Not exactly a terrible film but it's not good, especially when now tv says its 5 stars clearly isn't. I'd rather watch the night eats the world again. (Infinitely better)

Man Paints Wall: The Movie
I'm rarely (VERY rarely) compelled to turn a film off before its conclusion, but I couldn't make it through this one.
Thrown right into the story with no explanation (and from other reviews I understand that doesn't change for the entirety of the movie) things go from slow to glacial as the gormless protagonist gets jumped in his own home by a hobbled woman in a gas mask then fails to fend her off multiple times.
A stranger eats some cat food, the protagonist eats a spider after failing to open a tin of Shepard's pie... and he paints a wall.
Those are the highlights of the film right there.
It's almost as if they knew how unutterably dull this was and put the painting scenes in as a joke; you are quite literally watching paint dry.
Worst of all as others have mentioned, Sky have this listed as a 4.5 - 5 star!
No care
MOUNTAIN FEVER is yet another cheap and poor independent-feeling production set mostly in a single room with badly staged direction and a lifeless feel to the proceedings. Apparently there was a flu pandemic that destroyed most of the world's population, leaving the survivors the usual feral bunch. Our hero - a goonish English fella who makes me embarrassed to be English - holes up in an alpine cabin but before long finds himself besieged on all sides. It's the recipe for a suspense flick all right, but this one never gets off the ground and you simply don't care about what transpires.
