I was curious to see the movie because of the catchy trailer. But at the end of the film I didn't understand why the film was made. There is no clear story, you do not understand the story of the ghost, the life of the protagonist is not deepened, especially from the sentimental point of view. There are too many gaps in the plot of the film, and as another user wrote, you do not understand anything of the story and especially do not understand what the director the screenwriter want to tell us. Basically a story not a story. Very good the protagonist, but it is too little to give the film a pass. Failed.

Plot summary
Waiting for his big dream (a film role) to come true, Pablo works as a training actor in a patient-care programme at a medical faculty and a paid participant in group therapy sessions. To make ends meet, he sublets a room in his apartment in a suburb of Santiago de Chile. However, he seems to have lost control when his housemate departs, leaving him with rent arrears, a collection of plants, a dog, a woolly jumper, and... a house ghost. A movie without a clear plot
Good acting. The plot left me scratching my head.
I enjoyed certain aspects of the film. Mainly the acting and the actors. I thought the images of the phantom were very clever and artistically done.
But I had a tough time keeping track of who was who, or in whose apartment we were in at times during the movie. And in fact, at the end of the movie, I wasn't QUITE sure how things ended up.
The descriptor of the film suggests that the ghost or phantom inhabits a certain sweater. Yet, it manages to cause mischief, and pack itself away for a trip (from whose apartment I know not) despite the suspect sweater being nowhere nearby.
It also seemed to travel back through music, so, there's that interesting but mysterious point.
I liked the main character. I liked his neighbor downstairs (but not as much as I liked him). But most other characters remained a bit of a mystery to me - especially as they related to the ghost.
At one point during an acting exercise, someone whispers something that I thought MIGHT be germane to the plot into our hero's ear. But we never know what was whispered. That left me thinking I missed something very integral to the story.
I'll never know.
Five stars for the acting and cinematography. Not that I didn't like watching it. But couldn't rate it any higher because I couldn't really figure out what (if anything) actually happened.
