Only fair, but interesting. Not intentionally funny. Not a 'talking cat' movie. The cat doesn't even have any dialog at all. But well thought out as far as how some cats would react to suddenly being human. (not my cat, he would totally freak out, possibly become catatonic) The cat never really got the hang of Thumbs, for instance.

What seamed unrealistic to me was Mom. She took him home like she knew he was a lost cat. Being a cat lover but somewhat anti-social, I was less interested in the second half, which was all about Mom. And only then we find out Mom was not demented, just greaving. Too slow paced, even boring for me.

Learning to read a map at the end, was a stretch. As was walking to every Av. Till he found the right one.

I would cut this into two episodes and skip the second episode.

Shot on an iPhone? Says who? I don't believe it. Do they even make tripods and dollys for iPhone? It was obviously not handheld.
