Smart Home-Killer is what it is for a Lifetime movie, and I know Lifetime gets a barrage of criticism and sarcasm about the quality of its movies, but really it's nice to switch off every now and then with a Lifetime movie. Anyway, so here in Smart Home-Killer, which was directed by up-and-coming director Meeshelle Neal, sees our nightmares come to fruition in relation to a home security system gone wrong, and also there appeared to be a certain subtext to the background of some of the characters if you know what I mean. Anyway, all credit to the stars for pulling off some suspense and drama for sure.

Entertaining, if not altogether plausible
When a stranger
Just ridiculous
Adult male hanging out at a high school to pick up a 17 year old?? Single woman dependent to her homes voice security? Why do all LMN parents put the pressures of being the best student ever on their kids?? The mother is clueless to the point of embarrassing. Instead of worrying about her kid being perfect she should get her own act together. Such a lame movie premise. The electronics genius is so ridiculously creepy from the get go. This whole movie makes absolutely zero sense. Massive house for a mother and daughter. Voice activated to the point of invasive. The whole school girl fighting and being hated by "everybody" is a total joke.
