Plot summary
5 university students gather to exchange information on their job search activities. They encourage each other and post their thoughts & worries on Twitter, but behind that they have a lot on their minds. Takuto Ninomiya observes those around him. His roommate Kotaro Kamiya has a bright personality and communicates well with others. Mizuki Tanabe is Kotaro Kamiya’s ex-girlfriend. Takuto Ninomiya has feelings for his roommate's ex-girlfriend. Rika Kobayakawa is determined to land a job. Takayoshi Miyamoto is critical of job-seeking activities, but he later tries to get a job.

it makes us think deeply
trying to be someone
...when you finish the College in Japan, the "job hunting" starts for most and this is not a nice race. The movie is focused on several aspects of this situation where pressure is a great candidate regarding the interminable tests and exams to become nothing more of a "sarary man" However, becoming one in a big company determine the rest of you life and a very good economy for you and your family. So you are there under pressure here and there, losing self confidence to try to be someone in a Sea of people; but do you really like that? Most do not question that but many try to not be a part of that. This is a risky path and very difficult if you do not have enough talent and the right connections and/or money. The dichotomy between to be "free" or to follow a given talent that might you have or be part of the mass working for THE MAN with the compensation of economic future?
