I am such a huge lover of anything British and this film is just that! Definitely feels like a love letter to the city of London and all it's variety.
Didn't know britts loved chicken so much!
I have to take most of this review to talk about the little girl, because she was an absolute delight. In a different way but she reminded me a lot to Natalie Portman in Leon. Always talking back, not being afraid of anything. She seems like she'll be up there in years to come.
On the downside, they curse A LOT. Too much for me. I also felt like I could've done without some bits in the film, especially around the one hour mark, which drags on just a little bit when Mother Nature visits Alex at his drug house.
They boy who plays x also really grabbed my attention, he's charming in such an interesting way, I would love to see more of him if casting directors in the US are interested. He could for sure be in a Guy Richie film or two.
I had a blast. Just such a fun little film.

BRIRISH CINEMA!
Utterly watchable
Didn't think this movie would be that good considering some of the ratings here on IMDB, but I was pleasantly surprised.
The plot builds up slowly and you get to know some odd and interesting characters. It's not a lot of non-stop shooting and car chases like in American movies but more of slow-action
I get the feeling that the director has looked at Pulp Fiction, The Liability and similar films and then arrived at this little gem.
Crowd funded, relatively unknown actors and a well-written plot impresses, so I can only recommend this film.
Will keep an eye on this director and look forward to the next film project!
