Hi All,
I can say that I rather enjoyed The Big Fix.
The performances were great, throughout.
Despite some anti-biblical teaching, it stood up for what's important in marriage and family.
This had some fun gags as well, especially break a leg.
Brook Muci and Matt Moore were standouts playing the mom in daughter's body and son in dad's body, respectively.
Despite some predictable plot twists, this was a source of mostly clean laughs.
The supporting cast was great as well.
Yes, it was a low budget movie, as is the case with most Christian films, but was enjoyable nonetheless.
The closing credits have a fun gag/deleted scene as well.
Plot summary
A family on the brink of collapse find themselves trapped in each other's bodies. "Freaky Friday" goes to church, in this heart-felt family comedy.

Fun Freaky Friday Style
Painful to watch; truly cringeworthy
If you want to see a good body swap movie, go see Big (the best), Face Off (also a classic), 13 Going on 30, All of Me, Freaky Friday, 17 Again, heck, even the Change Up.
But The Big Fix is simply terrible. The characters are idiots, the writing is tone deaf as to how people talk and act in the real world, the direction is clumsy, the acting is amateurish, the extras look like zombies, and there's an annoying series of gaps between dialogue, as though the actors were trying to remember their next lines. Ugh.
I'm not a fan of faith based movies, but some of the pastor's messages (about being selfless and focusing on the future rather than the past) were actually good healthy messages. But the movie is just awful.
And what's with the "break a leg" nonsense?
Avoid this.
Not bad for an indie faith film.
I usually hate "faith films" because they are terribly produced and written. This one is actually decent, with a silly but enjoyable storyline and a great message. Acting is amateurish, but the movie is filmed pretty well at least. If you LIKE Christian movies and faith based films, you should certainly check this one out. If this isn't your thing, don't bother.
