This movie had no right being this damn good.
weed vs civil sketchiness
For the past decade since I originally saw this troupe of performers do their rendition of a Civil War story, I have literally been reminded at least once every week of a scene or a line of dialogue from this movie. These quotes were part of my personal dogma, and their deliveries were mesmerizingly remembered.
"I'm just talkin'..."
"No, you're illegal!"
"You boys go on without me!"
"____ it, white people!"
"Or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches."
"Oh my god... the telegraph machine is broken."
"All houses are made of wood."
"This is the worst part of my day..."
...
Scenes like the dad's arm amputation, the trip-out in the Native settlement, and the pony express... these sketches are timeless!
