The subject could be interesting, there is a lot of history on the current location of Vacaresti Natural reservation.
On short, in the beginning it was an old monastery, later transformed in prison for political prisoners and later demolished and transformed in a reservoir. The reservoir has some design flows and was never functional, once filled with water all the neighboring houses where flooded because of the infiltrations and it was later abandoned becoming what is now the delta of Vacaresti.
However the documentary fails completely to capture the history of that place, has no structure, or logic flow. Looks like a project of one student from University of Theater and Film. Is over-presenting some old lady that was born in the Prison Vacaresti (daughter of a political detainee) that is tells his story (good, is part of the history but takes too long and the sensation is just it needs to fill the time) and presents obsessively a gipsy family that is living on that area during summer. Again, with no relevance just something to present instead of real information.
