Plot summary

In a quiet little town in Pennsylvania terror strikes when one of the notorious inmates at the Greystone Asylum escapes. With a thirst for vengeance, he embarks on a brutal killing spree, leaving the townsfolk in a state of panic.

Started watching on prime, could not take it seriously, the editing is just unreal; hilarious really. One of the actors looks like he's reading his lines, which was laughable. The man got his neck chopped and the edit was again hilarious. Blood on screen and a trash severed head. The canabilism doesnt make sense and staring into the camera is just bad. The camera work also isn't great. Only decent actor is the detective lol. Not sure if they were going for a Scary Movie vibe, but it definitely did not bring the vibes unfortunately.
