Fairly dubious movie...

Granted, without having seen the previous two movies in the series, I still opted to sit down and watch the 2024 movie "The Escapee 3: The Final Escape", as I had the opportunity to do so here in 2025. Sure, I had absolutely no idea what I was in for here, so writer Louise Benneta and director Louisa Warren had every opportunity to entertain and impress me.However, I have to say that the staggering 2.7 rating that the movie had landed, when I sat down to watch the movie, didn't exactly spur me to have any grand expectations to the movie.Of the entire cast ensemble in the movie, I was only familiar with Chrissie Wunna. Yeah, I've seen enough dubious low budget movies to be familiar with her. But it was a bit surprising to see that it appears that her career has stooped to the level where she needs to be naked in her movies. The acting performances in the movie were questionable, especially Ashraf Patel (playing Dr. Collins) and Mirella Camillo (playing Matilda) put on a rather abysmal performances.The effects in the movie were okay. Nothing outstanding or memorable, but okay for what they were, and for a movie such as this. The gunshots in the movie were exceptionally laughable.The movie was semi-watchable, but you're not in for anything extraordinary. And in all honesty, then this is not a movie that I will ever sit down to watch a second time.My rating of director Louisa Warren's 2024 movie "The Escapee 3: The Final Escape" lands on a generous three out of ten stars.

What the...?

This feels like an attack on the audience in terms of how goddamn stupid and pointless it is. This is next level mental degradation. I thought it would peak with the professional psychologist referring poor Chrissie Wunna, who really is a solid actress forced to parade around to such atrocities, to a goddamn psychic in order to talk to the dead to resolve issues.
