A real disappointment

Buddy Film Trilogy Part 1

Ok, I am giving this 7 stars because I watched the whole thing. I went into this to watch the other side the men's side of the buddy film. The guys playing the buddy's are great and I cannot wait to see what is in store for the Danny (Jonathon) and Jackson (Tyler) stories. However, I am hating to say this whoever cast Pete (B. J.) and Chelsea (Heather) should have done a chemistry test before because I just do not see it. But I do want to say I loved the character of Mr. Otto (JR Esposito) in the hotel, I hope he shows up in a couple more Hallmark Movies. He reminded me a little bit of Barney (played so well by Hector). The mom's were a bit much too, I know that is the way they were written but a little went a long way, they over acted the parts.

A man's perspective on Hallmark

Hynes, Bennett and Britt have great chemistry in this movie. Tyler Hynes dry sense of humor is so funny. The location and cinematography are really nice. This movie may be about the budding long-distance romance between Pete and Chelsea but the true story is the bromance and 3-way friendship between these guys. They met in summer camp and have been friends ever since and probably will be for the rest of their lives. I really enjoyed this movie. It was charming, heartwarming and very funny. I saw Second Chances first not knowing it was a trilogy, loved it. I am going to watch The Last Dance next. I have no clue who would give this movie a one star or why? Maybe they didn't really watch it with their soulmate which the reviewer claimed. It's a unique Hallmark movie taken from a different point of view and it's great fun.
