Boink The Demon

'The Witches of Breastwick 2' continues supplying huge boobs director Jim Wynorski is known for while sticking to his formula. It shares a lot of the same locations, setups for hanky panty as previous films of his including the original 'Breastwick'. It's still cheap & quick. The only difference is the witches now fight for the side of good.David (Wynorski reg Frankie Cullen) keeps having reoccurring dreams about a busty trio of witches (Tylene Buck, Lexi Lamour, Rebecca Love) as he's tied to a pole as they get naked. He's told to seek help by his girlfriend Kate (Taimie Hannum). A trip to Dr. Welby (Demi Delia) gives him sex and the actual address to the witches. How convenient is that. He arrives to be told he's the key to the battle versus an evil demon named Millicent (Nikki Fritz).What does that mean? Sex scene after sex scene with the lone guy feeling up all the ladies plus a genie Breasteba (Nicole Sheridan). The witches get handsy with each other. His lady gets in on the action having the requisite girl/girl with the doctor's receptionist (Antonia Dorian) and the witches. Nikki Fritz doesn't get naked which is a crying shame.I'm left with no real need to dissect these flicks, but I did feel the ladies chosen for this entry were a step down. I remarked pleasantly about how the original showed muff. You won't hear me say that about '2' only because none of the ladies have any pubic hair. Lukewarm.

Decent Sequel

The Witches of Breastwick 2 (2005) ** 1/2 (out of 4) Sequel to THE WITCHES OF BREASTWICK has David (Frankie Cullen) waking up from a nightmare where he was tied up with three beautiful women dancing around him. His wife is worried about this recurring dream and has him talk to a specialist. Before long David and his wife ends up at a house where the women from his dream are living.This sequel from Jim Wynowski isn't nearly as good as the original but if you're a fan of the director's work then you should find yourself enjoying this. As the plot description goes, it seems that they were pretty much working off the same screenplay as the original film as nothing has changed except for some names as well as some of the sexual positions. With that said, people really don't come to movies like this for the plots.I think what kept me from enjoying this one as much as the first is that the actors here weren't as fun as the ones in the original. I guess you could say that I thought the original cast were a bit more fun and I enjoyed their scenes a lot more. That's not to say the sex scenes here aren't that good but leading man Cullen doesn't seem too entertained and some of his line deliveries were, well, quite funny.The ladies are all attractive of course and thankfully the director keeps the pace moving to where the film doesn't slow down or gets boring.

Great cast, sexy scenes

I find that Jim Wynorski's softcore movies can be very hit or miss. While Retromedia, the other main factory for these campy softcore films, tends to always have a baseline of quality and have better plots/writing, Wynorski's can be all over the place. This is one of those films where he really hit the high end of things, though.The biggest strength in this film was, by far, the casting. The plot was a paper thin rehashing of the previous Witches of Breastwick with minor changes. Where it really shined was in the gorgeous women in this installment.Tylene Buck is absolutely gorgeous, and seeing her in the act of sex, even simulated, is something I've been hoping would happen for a long time. She delivers in her scene with Frankie Cullen, and it totally steals the movie.The overall bustiness of the cast is excellent as well, but that's typical for one of Wynorski's skin flicks. Obviously a breast man, he picks the biggest and the best. I missed Wynorski regular Julie K. Smith, but that can be forgiven because of her being in the previous installment in the series.
