Was this supposed to be entertaining...?

Now, the title alone here was bizarre enough to make me stop and take notice. Of course I had never even heard about this 2024 horror movie titled "Watch Them Come Blood" from director Mike Cuenca. But given my love of cinema, of course I opted to give the movie a fair chance.Writers Mike Cuenca and Joaquin Dominguez put together a script and storyline that utterly failed to entertain me.I was not familiar with a single actress or actor on the cast list, which was actually a good thing. I do enjoy watching unfamiliar and new talents on the screen, so the fact that I wasn't familiar with a single actor or actress was definitely something that worked in favor of the movie. In all honesty, then I will say that the acting performances in the movie were fair, despite the fact that the actors and actresses virtually had nothing to work with.Would I recommend you to waste 82 minutes on this garbage? No. Nor is it a movie that will ever grace my screen a second time.My rating of director Mike Cuenca's 2024 lands on a one out of ten stars.

Undeniable spirit to this grindhouse film

This film doesn't deserve the low rating. The title should draw in the curious, despite the 3.8 rating, it's perfectly ridiculous. Have you ever wanted to make something absurd that loosely grapples with big ideas, and thought "there's no way this a gonna work," and so you stop and stew in your own insecurities? Well, these folks pushed through and triumphantly made something worthwhile. It's disconnected, confused, and supremely average in every way. The film is what it wanted to be, and I celebrate this achievement. Watch it, you coward..
