Plot summary

This is better than what I thought!

I was concerned by the name of it, I thought it was going to be some throw away film but turns out it was very entertaining. It has very good and had funny moments. It brings the camp slasher back and brings entreatment to the table. Now the quality wasn't the best, it looked like less contrast on the screen but still looked ok. The audio wasn't too clean. It needs cleaner audio. The story does take a roller coaster but at the end, it sums it up. The Sound track was amazing. The sound just brought the 80s vibe. Even though having a low budget, It does give what it delivers. The comedy was there. I was laughing almost the whole film.TO EVERYBODY WANTING TO WATCH A GOOD CLASSIC HORROR FILM, THIS IS IT!

A Horror Comedy that Slays with Thrills and Laughs!

Horror fans and comedy lovers, are you ready to be obsessed with an indie film?! If so, then this is definitely the one you have to watch!"What Happens After the Massacre?" delivers laughs, jumps, and twists without the over-the-top slashing. This is brilliant writing, terrific acting, and a story you'll want to rewatch the second the credits roll.I believe this film is going to be a cult classic, and as the proud Executive Director, I can promise you, I'm not even slightly biased (Okay... maybe a little ?).Bravo, Brandon and team! You've absolutely slayed it!And everyone reading this? You gotta watch it!!

By, and for, Horror Superfans. Unrelentingly Funny Script.

The title is a shout out to The Last Drive-in's mutant family of fans, and that is exactly the level of horror fan you need to be for What Happens After Midnight. It's a satire, and the script is so full of jokes about the tropes that long-time horror fans talk about ad nauseam that you can't look away for a minute. I had to keep backing up to rewatch bits to make sure I got everything. My sad complaint, for that reason, is that the sound mix is underbaked and the dialogue gets lost sometimes. Would *love* to see a version with clean sound, pretty please?I can't believe my luck that I stumbled across this randomly on a streaming service, thought "Hey! I always have that question, too." So I hit Play.
