Plot summary

A beautiful twenty-something subsequently strikes up an essential conversation with Jack, a happily married, middle-aged and very successful businessman who is seated at another table, having just finished up a business dinner. The pair thereafter stumble into an intense one-night stand that turns into something more complicated and destructive than either of them could have expected.

Waste of time

This is the most boring movie I've seen in a long time. The female actress was terrible- perhaps trying too hard to fit into whatever the character was supposed to be... which we will never know because there was no depth to the characters and the plot went nowhere. It felt very slow at times. No real conclusion and no real depth to the characters or plot.

Harry Met Sally, with a touch of toxicity.

I recently checked out Duane Edwards' drama/thriller "Wrong Numbers" on Tubi, and I must say I was quite impressed by the unique approach it took.Most romantic thrillers follow the same formula (since the beginning of time), however, Wrong Numbers breaks that cycle and chooses its lane and stays in that lane during the film's duration.As mentioned in the title of the review, it's a little "Harry Met Sally" with a touch of toxicity, which I feel blends perfectly with today's dating/relationship scene, as it's almost encouraged to be in a toxic relationship.David and Emily both offer stellar performances and are the main reasons to stick around for the thrilling climax.Highly recommend!

A Really Solid Indie Drama

First of all, let me just start up by saying I don't understand all of the one star reviews. This is a very well done indie that deserves quite a bit of praise. First off, the film looks great, well shot and composed. Both actors were entirely natural and real - something that is often missing from movies like this. The writing is strong, with an emphasis on conversation between disparate male/female dynamics. As the action progressed and took a genuine turn, l found myself talking to the TV, which I don't do often, and to me, that's good writing...I was fully engaged. Give this film a look; it showcases a lot of talent and is a cut above usual small-budget films.
