1 great match on WrestlePalooza

Not Worth Your Money !

This was a show that was supposed to be special. It had the hype, but instead of delivering everything we love about WWE, it ended up showing us everything we hate about it.I don't want to sound too negative-there were still some fun moments, especially if you were watching from the comfort of your home. But this show was absolutely not worth the money to see live, and I genuinely feel sorry for the people who paid for tickets.I'd say Iyo Sky's match and especially the mixed tag team match between CM Punk & AJ Lee vs. Seth Rollins & Becky Lynch had some enjoyable moments. Those two matches were, unironically, the best part of the show. Still, even they had minor problems. Iyo Sky's match at times felt slow and predictable, and it delivered that infamous cringe-worthy slapping moment. It really felt like no one was trying to sell the match. The biggest disappointment, though, was Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena. That had to be one of the most boring, uninspiring matches I've ever seen-especially coming from two incredibly talented wrestlers who were once known for bringing excitement. The whole thing felt like a rushed project, as if someone threw it together 20 minutes before the bell rang.I won't even get into the so-called promises of "excitement and surprises" from WWE, which came off like nothing more than a cheap tactic to sell tickets and leave fans disappointed.Overall, this show might mark the end of WWE for me. It highlighted everything wrong with the company today: no excitement, no risk-taking, nothing unique or attention-grabbing. For a sport that's supposed to be entertainment first, that's about the worst thing that can happen.I hope WWE manages to crawl out of this mess. Until then, AEW has plenty of entertainment to keep true wrestling fans satisfied.
