Two prerequisites for being a successful builder? The obvious answer is, availability of land and funding. However, this response is untrue. The correct rejoinder is "trust". Middle class persons trust a builder with their entire savings and in return they expect a spacious flat with good amenities. They anticipate having a space to unwind in the evenings after a long day at work. They expect to reside in a building with cordial neighbors and a supportive atmosphere. But what happens if their hopes are dashed? What if the builder uses crappy construction material and finally delivers a tawdry product? Gujju film #BuilderBoys addresses a timely topic and succeeds primarily because of Raunaq's and Shivam's performances. You root for their characters and you sincerely wish they would achieve victory.
