Very slow

Very slow and very boring film. This may have been what lockdown felt like to some people but it wasn't for me. In this day and age we have Netflix we have music we have Internet. This just seemed too quiet and only really showed him pottering about and on the phone. I kept thinking that the film had stuck because there were so many quiet and still frames. Then I realised it was just because there was nothing happening!

BOREFEST

This film is a boring waste of time. Do yourself a favour and go and watch some paint dry instead.

Much Ado About Nothing, 2020

I enjoy social isolation, so I had a very hard time staying focused on this film about how neurotypicals all go insane whenever they can't stare at each other 24/7. This film portrays solitude as some kind of existential crisis, while, by contrast, the reality of our "lockdowns" consisted mainly of binging on entertainment & filling our homes with beautiful things purchased on Amazon. If someone was unhappy during lockdown, they were doing it wrong. I hope we stay socially distant, and preferably isolated, forever.
