NB:I gave this an average review because I read reviews but didn't see the film. I though this note would not skew overall note.
This being said, if you are from Canada, you most likely think "Qc" stands for "Quebec" as in the zip code for the province. Some of Americans neighbors might think so too. But here, both Qc and Alabang are BOTH places in the Phillipines! Given how the title might sound, knowing this bit of knowledge changes things.
The synopsis hints to there being a long distance relationship. Also implied is something about class difference, and if you thought the man was Canadian, a "tourist falls for a poor native" story might come to mind. I had to look t up so I can't be the only one who got the wrong impression. Hope this helps!

Warning: TITLE MAY INDUCE in ERROR
Pinoy's take on Men are from Mars. Women are from Venus.
Warning this isn't a romcom. This doesn't provide the usual kilig moments that you look for while you are watching a romance.
Both, it will remind you of your youth. We have Aics played by Heaven Peralejo, who, I assume, is an NBSB. And Tino, the guy who Aics said and is an F boy, but not in the film. The way that they fall in love was somehow quick and the it will remind you of your ligaw or dating or courtship. The movie then moves quickly pans to their first, second and third anniversary. Another way that the movie will also remind you of youth is with its problems. One of which is probably (the only one that I spotted in the movie) was when both of them were having problems communicating. Instead of talking, finding out the problem and hashing it out, one of them proposed that they should move in while the other one said that they should break up. So do you know what they chose, well yeah they moved together. Yes, always choose the quick fix. ?
Somehow, the only problem that I have with the movie is with the title and with it being marketed as a romcom. The Men are from Quezon city which is a we know a city in the metro, and the women are from Alabang that is a barangay in Muntinlupa City. Also, can't the wealthier one live in the area that is more affluent? OK, both of them have wealthy and poor areas, but come on.
