The story is not exactly literature, or cinema, or any term that tells you it is anything more than a string of things that happen until the credits roll. But I found that helpful, because I watched it to learn some french. A lowbrow story is perfect for that. In high school we would read children's books. As an adult, you can watch MILF and be presented with a similar level of complexity. This is not a dig, I really get out of this film exactly what I was looking for so I enjoyed it.
Of coursex the characters speak fast sometimes , but the topics of discussion are never too complex, and the vocabulary occasionally includes a few interesting tidbits of the kind of street-use French you would not pick up from a dictionary.
Plot summary
Three childhood friends - Elise, Sonia and Cecile - leave for a summer in the South of France to help clear Cecile’s holiday house before it is put up for sale. There, they soon become the prime targets of three horny young men, for whom these single forty-year-old women are much more attractive than girls their age.

Movie Reviews
Good to learn some French with
Not a Comedy nothing very special, but it captures the vacation/summer vibe very well.
Only while i looked at other reviews i was kinda shocked that this was supposed to be a comedy, im glad i did not watch it with the expactation of a comedy.
Edit (With a title like that it for sure makes sense that people expect a more comedz like movie)
I think it is more like a lighthearted drama, nothing to serious in the setting of summer and beach which give it a vacation vibe.
Do not expect an exceptional plot, it is pretty basic, i cared more about the summer vibe.
It looked very well made.
The acting looked absolutly fine to me, but on the other hand i did saw it with german dubbing, so this might did concealed some bad acting.
I was pretty much suprised that it was more like a serious movie especially with this movie title.
Bad movie but realistic characters
The movie overall is exactly as bad as you'd expect; premise, plot, everything.
However, as the women start getting to know the boys better, it becomes clear that nor the older women are more mature, neither the boys are superficial, immature assholes necessarily. We each look for different things in different points in life, and we all carry our baggage. Also, the movie was a bit feminist in a way that I didn't find cringeworthy. It managed to show that older men and older women may, for various reasons, choose to engage romantically with younger people and have fun, and there's nothing wrong with that. Therefore, I have chosen to give it an almost average score.
