So, not quite certain what the point of the movie is. It seems to want to make a post-modern take on a classic horror. But instead, it evokes teen drama that would make Dawson's Creek look Oscar caliber. Nice try by a few folks, but the film itself isn't going to win any serious viewers. And cameo status at best for Lance Henriksen.
Plot summary

Tries to art house, but only manages lame
Already over it
15 minutes in and I'm already ready to move on. Whiny girl wants the lead but she's not a good actor. Mysterious new guy comes in and beats up people not knowing both sides, and that's supposedly cool. Random beatings and bullies, killings going unanswered. Everything you shouldn't do in a movie this does. And let's not talk about the uncharismatic male lead. The story just didn't make sense or flow together.
Awful, Simply Awful
Who keeps letting this guy make movies? He couldn't direct his way from the toilet to the sink. Mimesis Nosferatu is unoriginal, lacks vision, lazy directing, no style, no thought, nothing.
