Weird episode. Marinette goes to Shanghai to give the box to her unkle. Adrien is there. All her belongings get stolen. She is desperate. The one who stole them brings her to the shop. She ends up stealing them for her. This episode just feels out of place introducing as to something like a multi kwami necklace and a big backstory of Gabriel buying the key to it. Also so much Chinese being spoken is weird. Adrien at the calls Marinette a friend twice. He offers to her to tutor her Mandarin. Very very weird episode. Also it's weird how Adrien is just waiting at uncle's restaurant. A 7/10 from me.

Since it was placed between S1 and 2 it wasn't as exciting as I was hoping it to be, in my opinion it doesn't compare to the NYC special at all, HOWEVER! It was still well worth watching considering we learnt quite a lot of stuff for the plott. Of course the cute romantic stuff too was a bonus! And the animation quality is unbeatable, give it a go!

This is a spectacular film for all viewers of this series to watch. The crew did a great job in creating this film. This film allows viewers to experience an insight to culture. The storyline of this film was brilliant and strong and held itself all the throughout this entire film. The cast selection was alright enough but could have been a lot better and stronger. They did not exactly fully commit nor connect to the storyline nor to their respective characters. The chemistry that was displayed throughout this film between the cast members could have been a lot better and stronger. This is a terrific film for everyone to watch.
