My watching of this movie was not a coincidence, but it was! This movie came on after another movie that I had been watching. At the age of 65 my adoptive family found me after casual DNA testing. The plot progression piqued my curiosity constantly. For me it clarifies why I must accept living life on life's terms. Thankfully for me this movie fortifies some of the assumptions That many of us contemplate over the course of our lives. The actor's portrayal of their characters was sincere and heartwarming. No spoiler alert from me, enjoy following the twists and the turns as they reveal themselves.

"Somebody's Child" is a story we can all relate to, we have all had to make decisions in life that were painful, in some cases we felt were unforgivable, at the time we also felt we had no other choice. If you haven't, you haven't lived long enough. This story confirms that with faith, belief and the ability to forgive, we may be given a second chance, a chance to redeem ourselves. LOVE CONQUERS ALL! redemption is what we all want, a chance to be forgiven for what we consider a unforgivable act, a chance to make it right.
